Know exactly which digital investment pays off first.
See which levers actually move your business. Out of fifty things you could change, two or three move the numbers. Tell us how the place runs. We rank every option — what to do first, what it costs, what it pays back.

You send it, we build it, you run it
You send what you already have. We turn it into a ranked plan. Then it is yours to run, in a workspace that keeps score as you go.

1
Sign up and send what you have
Create the account, answer a guided form, drop in the spreadsheets and PDFs you already keep, or just talk us through how the place runs and send the recording. No documented processes needed — if you have no baseline, building one is part of the job.

We build the roadmap
We review your numbers, evaluate them within your industry context, and rank every option by impact, cost and payback. Our team makes sure the analysis is clear, accurate and ready to make decisions on.

You run it, and keep running it
Your workspace is created the moment you sign up — it is where you upload, and where the roadmap lands. Mark levers done, move dates, record what you spent and what came back. It recalculates as you go, tells you when something has quietly stalled, and shows whether each lever has paid for itself yet.

The demo is step 3 without steps 1 and 2: a finished workspace you can click through, on a worked example. We email the link, it works once, and it expires in fourteen days.
Three things a vendor assessment will not do
Most digitalization assessments are free because they are a sales step for the software at the end of them. This one is not.
We do not sell the software
No vendor pays to appear on your list, and we take nothing on the other side of a purchase. Named products are starting points for your own evaluation. Sometimes the highest-ranked lever is a process change that costs a fortnight of somebody's attention and no licence at all — and we will say so.
No baseline is not a blocker
Most shops have no documented processes, no clean scrap number and no single source for what anything costs. That is the normal starting point, not a disqualification. Establishing the baseline is part of the work — and it is worth having whatever you decide to do next.
You can see where every number came from
Each recommendation is tagged with its evidence: a KPI you gave us, a file you sent, a published benchmark with the source named, or our own judgement — labelled as judgement. Knowing which parts rest on opinion is what lets you trust the rest of it.
You decide how much we get to see
A digitalization roadmap needs to know how the place runs. It does not need your customer list, your payroll, or anyone’s name.
Anonymized data is fine
Strip the names before you send it. Redact customers, staff and suppliers; give us “Line 2” and “Operator C” if you would rather. Ranges and round numbers work too. What the ranking needs is the shape of the operation — volumes, cycle times, where the work waits — not who is in it.
Yours, and only yours
Every workspace is isolated at the database level, not by application code. Your submission is never used to train a model, never sold, and never shown to another client. Encrypted in transit and at rest; access limited to the people reviewing your assessment, and logged.
Deleted when you say so
Raw intake files are purged automatically twelve months after delivery — a nightly job deletes the file itself and then its record, in that order, so nothing is left in storage that nothing is tracking. You can delete any single file from your workspace at any time. Ask us to remove everything and a person does it that day.
Bound by an NDA already, or need one first? Say so and we will sign yours before you send anything. Full detail on the Trust page and in the Privacy Policy, including every subprocessor by name.
What could this be worth to you?
A rough, illustrative estimate — your real roadmap will be built from your own numbers, not this dropdown.
Priced by how many places you run
Every plan gets the same analysis. A four-person shop is not sold a thinner roadmap than a four-site group — there is just more of it to do when there are more places to look at.
