Create your workspace

What happens, in order

1. Create the account. Your email, your company, how many locations. Two minutes.
2. No card, for now. We are still finishing card payment, so there is nothing to enter. You are invoiced once your roadmap is delivered.
3. Fill in what you know. A guided form, section by section. Attach the spreadsheets and PDFs you already keep, or record yourself walking through the place. Save and come back — it does not have to be one sitting.
4. Watch the completeness score. The workspace scores what you have sent and tells you, in order, which missing item would improve the roadmap most. It is arithmetic, not nagging.
5. Submit. That starts the clock. The setup fee is invoiced when the roadmap reaches you, not now.
6. We build it and read it. Three to five business days. Our team reads and edits the whole thing before it reaches you.
7. It lands in the workspace you already have. Same login. From then on it is yours to run.

Worth knowing before you start

• You are not charged for creating an account. Sign up, look around, fill in half the form and leave. Payment happens on submit and not before.
• No documented processes needed. If you have no baseline, building one is part of the job.
• You can stop. Nothing is charged until you press submit, and you can delete anything you have uploaded from the workspace at any time. Ask us to remove the account and everything in it and a person does it that day.
