Priced by how many places you run
A one-time Setup fee for the assessment, plus a monthly Workspace fee for the plan you keep running. Every plan gets the same analysis. A single-site shop is not sold a thinner roadmap than a four-site group — there is simply more to look at when there are more places to look. State sales tax is added to the invoice where applicable.

Starting small and growing into it
Buy the plan that matches the business you have today. When you open another location, you pay the difference in setup fee — never the whole fee again — and your monthly fee moves to the new rate, prorated for the period you have already paid for. Your roadmap, history and uploads carry across untouched. The exact figure for your workspace is shown on your Account page before anything is charged.
Your delivered report is yours permanently, on every plan. The Workspace fee is the living plan: the roadmap you keep editing, exporting and measuring against. Cancel and you keep every report we delivered, and everything in the workspace exports to CSV and PowerPoint whenever you want it.
Common questions
What counts as a site?
A physical location with its own operations — a plant, a warehouse, a finishing shop. Two buildings on one campus sharing a process count as one. If you are unsure, ask before you pay; we would rather put you in the right plan than argue about it later.
What if we add a location?
Move up a plan and pay the difference in Setup for the new site only. You are not re-buying the assessment you already have.
